At Jeff Nippard Fitness, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your training gear and apparel. If your order isn't the right fit for your physique or performance needs, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all physical merchandise.
Check Eligibility
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that digital training programs and coaching services are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
